A micro-roaster based out of Amesbury, MA, Kaha Coffee Roasters is devoted to changing each customer's perspective on coffee. Having met owner Tyler Workman through the Market Square Bakehouse, I began working with him to conceptualize an updated website for his business.
My process started by holding weekly meetings with Workman to discuss his perspective on the business and what he envisioned for his brand. Upon tasting his numerous specialty coffees, I began combining my experience with his vision. The two culminated into the current site.
While the redesign of the site is still in progress, there have been particular facets that I have updated, including: SEO keywords have been implemented for each page and for product descriptions to drive organic traffic to the site; photos were taken and edited to provide a professional, modernized look for each coffee retail product; site content was rewritten to fit Tyler's voice; services pages have been simplified and streamlined; back-end editing within Shopify was required to implementing certain site designs and prompts, including the Wholesale Partnership page.
