A Netherlands-based company, NUNA was interested in improving their presence in the US. They sought out my employer, Carbon, for assistance in improving their domestic advertising and marketing.
One of our primary goals was to understand what potential customers were looking for because the decision-making process for purchasing a stroller or car seat can be difficult. Through user and competitor research and identifying NUNA's unique features, we developed copy, images, and animations that improved the shopping experience by providing potential customers with clear visual representations of NUNA's exceptional products.
By focusing on ease, accessibility, and safety, the content we developed for NUNA proved successful. In addition to retargeting campaigns, e-commerce optimizations, and SEO improvements, we were able to increase web traffic by 89% and achieve a ROI of 5:1.
