I worked with Graceann Bennett and with her team at Playbook Studio to refresh our clients' brands. This project began with workshops and user research with stakeholders and culminated in redesigning the brand and website, plus handing off a brand playbook that could be used as a guide once our partnership ended. 

These roles have led to my providing deliverables ranging from case studies and short-form copy to data analysis, surveys, workshop reports, and transcript editing. Playbook Studio and I have provided companies with a brand playbook and website refresh for clients including Firefly Health, InsideTracker, Forcepoint, Intend Health Strategies, EPIC-N, Pourri, and others.
