Playbook Studio
I worked with Graceann Bennett and with her team at Playbook Studio to provide clients with a brand refresh. This work, which began as workshops with stakeholders and user research, culminated in brand and website redesigns, plus the handoff of a brand playbook which could be used as a guide once our partnership had ended.
The above roles have culminated in me providing deliverables from case studies to short-form copy, data analysis to surveys, workshop reports to transcript editing. In most all cases, Playbook Studio and I have provided company's with a brand playbook and a website refresh, as was the case for clients including Firefly Health, EPIC-N, and Intend Health Strategies.
