Primary Care Progress is a leadership development and community building organization working to improve the structure and personality of primary health care for the betterment of medical workers and teams.
I worked with Playbook Studio by reading, editing, and annotating transcripts of interviews completed with PCP's shareholders, medical professionals, and primary care medical workers. I collected notable findings from these interviews into a report which was later used for the presentation of branding and content strategy findings meant for PCP.
